I am very upset with the service that I received at Valvoline on June 1, 2015. I had my transmission flushed and told them that my Dodge Caravan needed ATF 4 put back in it and they put in Valvoline Max Life ATF now I have to have my transmission repaired because the seals are leaking and could possibly have other issues. I will have it at a mechanic tomorrow to check it out. I went in for a flush and now I have leaks that I never had prior to having your guys work on it. My owners manual states that ONLY ATF 4 is to be used in the transmission. I would like to be reimbursed for what it is going to cost me to have this fixed whether it is as simple as the seals being replaced or if I need to replace the transmission as I feel that the van was not leaking any fluids until I took it to you to flush the transmission. I, personally, will not be back for any service you offer and I will not recommend you to anyone in the future.
