Knowledgeable staff. They are often very busy, but do their best to get to everyone in a timely manner. The loan a tool service is great. You just pay for it, and get your money back when you bring it back, and if you want to keep the tool just don't bring it back and they keep your money. It's nice to have the option. Thay have most parts and materials you could need, and any fluids or other things you could need for regular maintenance of your vehicle. I love their break pads that are lifetime replacement, just buy a set, put your originals in the box and any time you need new ones just bring them down and they will give you a new set and so on and so forth. Last set of break pads you will ever have to buy for your vehicle.
I have had issues with recieving the wrong parts on a few occasions.Other than that,no problems.
When you have to show the employees how to find stuff in their own store computer, you know to avoid this store next time.
Horrible customer service, no since of urgency. Always have to stand at the register for 20 minutes even if there isn't any other customers.
