We have been to Purcell Tire quite a few times for inspections, tires, oil changes, and they are always quick, efficient and care about the CUSTOMER! Cathy at the desk is always very nice and professional and Carl our last mechanic is awesome! To make a long story short he took the time to explain what I needed to do bc I had messed up my tires pretty bad the day before almost being in an accident , and he made sure I understood the situation regarding my tires. He even spoke with my husband on the phone and explained it to him too. I highly recommend Purcell Tire in Desoto if you need any of the above and ask for CARL!

The only place in Jeffco I trust. I was a loyal Plaza Tire fan until they messed up my tire balance knowing their machine wasn't working right. The even admitted they knew it was messed up. Went to Purcell and was fixed up properly. Won't ever go to any other place again. Purcell is my shop now.
I will never come back here again. I I came in for an oil change and a computer diagnostic because my car had been stalling . I was there for 2 hours and when I asked about why it was taking so long The man behind the counter got an attitude problem with me . It turns out they do not have a computer diagnostic machine they only have the plugin so they couldn't even properly diagnose my Jeep . So basically I sat there for 2 hours for an oil change . At least the young lady Who cashed me out was very polite .
