We were customers of Auto Plaza Ford in Desoto for awhile bc we liked taking our Ford vehicles to a dealership for oil changes, repairs, etc.. We also had purchased one of our vehicles from Auto Plaza but now they have lost our business due to the past 3 times I have needed a oil change (keep in mind that they have a sign that says, no appt necessary oil changes $19.99) I called to schedule an appt either the day before or the early morning of, and the two main people that answer the service side desk say without hestation, and not even taking 1 second to check, would say "No, we're full today!" I would think they would say here is the soonest time and day we can get you in, but no they didn't. The other thing that's hard to grasp is that a oil change takes 20 min and IT'S A OIL CHANGE! I've had better luck scheduling a Dr. appt! Either they don't know what great customer service is, or don't care. Needless to say we will not be returning for anything regarding our vehicles.
I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle at Auto Plaza in Desoto Missouri on 11/21/16. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle, and I have purchased 20+ at other dealerships in the past, I highly recommend that you call, go buy and ask for Brandon, he is there to build a relationship with his customers, not just sell you a car and say "next!" I would expect to see this dealership continue to grow with the outstanding customer service that they provide!!!!
