We were customers of Auto Plaza Ford in Desoto for awhile bc we liked taking our Ford vehicles to a dealership for oil changes, repairs, etc.. We also had purchased one of our vehicles from Auto Plaza but now they have lost our business due to the past 3 times I have needed a oil change (keep in mind that they once had a sign that said no appt necessary, oil changes $19.99) I called to schedule an appt either the day before or the early morning of the two main people that answer the phone would say without hestation, and not even taking 1 second to say they would check, they instead would say "No, we're full today!" I would think they would say here is the soonest time and day we can get you in, but no they didn't. The other thing that's hard to grasp is that a oil change takes 20 min and IT'S A OIL CHANGE! I've had better luck scheduling a Dr appt! Either they don't know what great customer service is, or don't care. Needless to say we will not be returning for anything regarding our vehicles.
I rank you guys the HIGHEST, as my Jeep buying experience at your dealership was very pleasant, friendly and fair. Jason, the sales manager and John, the finance manager were always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have purchased / leased quite a few cars over the years from CT to MD to Texas; my experience at Auto Plaza in DeSoto, MO was by far the BEST. The short drive from St Louis County was well worth the trip and yes, I will be telling friends and family. At this dealership, the car buying experience is a fun, pleasurable thing.
Love these guys. If you get the choice see Jason or Brandon. Bought my baby there, and will ONLY get its services there. I've been to other dealerships and this is the only one Ill recommend. This is also the only one I've ever felt like I was talking to a real person instead of the fake "I'll tell you whatever you want to hear" people.
Auto Plaza has been good to me for years but Rodney was wonderful he was up front and explained everything. Surprised me over the holidays. We are very grateful and I will continue to recommend all friends and family there! The only down side is that they only have one certified tech to do all the major repairs other than that is place ROCKS!!!
I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude from salesman Blake Sheldon and am very happy with the way he was so knowledgeable about the whole process and he was really great about showing me all the options and how they worked. I was really impressed with him and how he made sure I was happy with everything. He deserves a 5 star rating.
