Loved the food. Friendly service. Prices are fairly decent.
I went for the first time on Saturday. The food was awful, cold and portions very small. I complained about my baked chicken being cold, so they took it off our bill, but we decided to only make that one complaint because our server was young and new (didn't want her to feel bad). Everyone else I was with was not happy and just wanted to leave. We decided to come here because of the more recent positive reviews, but I can't see where anyone would leave here happy. There were only about 6 other tables of people on Saturday evening around 5:30. One table actually had to yell across the restaurant to the kitchen to get a server. There seemed to be plenty of servers, but no decent service. Negative atmosphere, employees did not look enthusiastic at all. Overall, I was embarrassed and disappointed that I picked this restaurant for my daughter's 21st birthday dinner.
Love "Off the Hook"! My family dines there every time we visit the area. Great food, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere! I would definitely recommend it.
This is our new favorite restaurant! The food is excellent and so was the service and prices. The decor is very well done and makes you feel at home.
Food was good but they talked me into the all you can eat and failed to mention after you can't get a to go box after I spent $40 on two meals. So they throw this extra food at me and take 10 minutes to bring it back out and by then I'm getting full from my first plate but can't take it with me so they can just throw it away.
