At first I thought I made a big mistake by using this company. Turned out I was very wrong. These people are hard working and true to their word. They will keep coming back until the job is right. They won't put you off after they get paid. I'd give this company a hundred stars if possible.
B. F. Mahn and Sons is our go to company for our personal and our business. We own a construction company and Biff is an amazing sub-contractor. He is easy to work with and does top notch work at a competitive price. If you like dealing with a small business and want great service they are your company.
I had them come out to do all of plumbing for my new cabin. The bid was agreed upon and the work was supposed to start today at 8 am sharp. I took off work and drove two hours to be at my cabin for the work. At 10:30 I called them to see what was going on. The lady who answered the phone said she would have their plumber call me back to reschedule. ??? What? Reschedule? What happened to the agreed upon tome and date? It's 2:00 pm now and still no phone call. No head's up and no explanation. I found this to be EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL of B.F. Mahn and Sons. I will never do business with this company again and I would warn anyone else looking for a plumber to avoid this company and find someone else local like I did. Unbelievable.
I bought an old 2 story home that had a few plumbing issues, BF Mahn Plumbing came and straightened her up at a very reasonable price. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, in terms I could understand and they handled the issue with professionalism.
