did a good job with my highlights
I went there for a cut and some layers when I got home and straightened it my layers looked horrible!! They were not blended and all the layers stopped like 2 inches above the bottom of my hair it looked horrible!! Will never go here again!!
Had a friend take my son to get a cut because I was working. He gave her a $20, cut was $15.50! He gave her a $3 tip and she kept his change! So she got a $7.50 tip. I asked my son and friend that took him both said she did not give him his change and when I called she said she did. So that cut cost me $23! I'll never go back again. I don't appreciate someone taking advantage of a kid and then lying about it.
I go in once to twice a month and get a fade done by Ms.House. she's very nice, efficient and cares about what you want and need. Since I'm in the army my hair needs to meet a certain standard and with her cutting my hair, it does. Other staff members could use work on customer service
