Dr Crawford is worst "doctor" ever. The office is nasty and smells of mold. He will prescribe pills that will or can kill you when mixed with other medication. Also he will write what ever he wishes in your charts. A lot of lies. Dr.Crawford is very rude and so unprofessional you are guarantee to visit the hospital from black label medicines. Be ready to be judged. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE IS OTHER DOCTORS THAT WILL TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. PLEASE. I speak from experience.

Highly recommended and knowledgeable. His affiliate Preferred Hospice of Missouri is amazing as well.
